Gordon Associates has built an intranet system for The Cotswold Group which supports the processing of thousands of insurance claims per year and the resulting investigation work. The system manages communications with the clients (insurance companies and solicitors), handles the administration associated with each case, manages surveillance and investigation staff assigned to each claim and processes workflow through to invoicing.
